I always like to look stylish when traveling but you need to be comfortable at the same time.

Light weight jumper with maybe a vest/strap top under if the weather is hot (always great to layer if weather is different) and blazer if destination is a bit chilly
Pashmina great for on the plane
Ugg boats as easy to take on and off on the plane
Nice big bag to carry everything in
